good small size blender which I would really recommend however it's
best to
make nut
butters in a food processor as blenders really need a liquid in order to function.
Honestly, I didn't think anything could taste
better than almond
butter, but after
making this a couple of weeks ago, I just have to say: I was wrong.

butter to go in you banana and almond smoothie... Can't believe how yummy it is and how easy it is - wish I'd tried this ages ago - so much

In a pinch, you can
make spicy peanut
butter by adding 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder (or more to taste) to 3/4 cup of peanut
butter and mixing it
well.

made the cashew
butter in the Kenwood food processor before but I imagine that it would work
well!

I have only ever
made this recipe with cacao
butter before but I imagine that cocoa
butter should work
well too as I think they will give very similar results.

Make sure you're mixing the cacao and cacao

I tried to
make the easter eggs last night, and while the cashew
butter tastes amazing, the eggs didn't turn out so
well.
I tried
making a version of this and then ended up
making a Crunchy peanut
butter as
well.
It's all topped with a
butter - crumb topping that bakes up over the exposed fruit center and
makes for one more incredible textural layer on what is
good to the last crumb.

made that works really
well is to just soften the nut
butter in a pan (I live in Australia and store my nut
butter in the fridge, especially in summer!)
