It's a
centrifugal juicer which means it's easy to juice ingredients fast with and it's very easy to clean, but it uses a
better juicing technology that preserves more nutrients than former Breville models.
Incidentally, for anyone who is a purist
juicer, leafy greens are your
best friends and you should be aware that
centrifugal juicers just don't work
well with leafy greens.
But you can get overwhelmed, thinking, «Oh my God,» I need to get a
juicer and what kind do I get and there's so many out there and some of them are really expensive and I can't afford them and maybe I should get the least expensive, and there are twin gear and single gear and masticating and
centrifugal and some of them you can read about destroy the cells and some of them are more like chewing teeth and
better... and it really can be overwhelming.

well and some produce they are generally less expensive, they are fast and you can put in bigger pieces of produce in to juice — for instance, an apple will need to be quartered for the above single gear Omega
juicer, but can be put whole into most
centrifugal juicers.
As
well as being speedy,
centrifugal juicers are
well suited to handling hard fruit and vegetables, such as ginger, apples and carrots.
