Blocking any meaningful agreement, ignoring their mitigation obligations, advocating for market based approaches - which are all false solutions, just as having the private sector lead the charge
against climate change -, and blackmailing other less vocal delegations are just some of the
actions that clearly indicate their priorities and whose interests these
governments represent.
