Sprouted breads are made with sprouted
grains (wheat,
barley and millet, among others) that are mashed, ground and added to bread recipes instead of
flour.
If you'd like to play around a mix of whole -
grain flours would make a lovely partial swap too (perhaps some rye, buckwheat or
barley flours).
Products that are typically inspected in dried foods, cereals &
grains include: coffee, tea, nuts, dried beans, dried fruits, herbs, cereals, wheat, rice,

Cereal
grains and all processed foods made with them such as

Dried goods (breads, muffins, crackers — dried stuff made of
flour) are more calorie dense than intact
grains (rice,
barley, etc.).
While you don't have to strictly avoid wheat products such as breads, flat breads are OK, made with a high quality wholemeal
flour, water and salt only, it is better to avoid wheat, rye,
barley, spelt and even oats, all gluten containing
grains, for a while until your digestion and immune system improves.

More isn't better in this case, especially because too many of our servings come from refined
grains and
flours, which, unlike whole
grains like millet, quinoa,
