based bread has been carefully designed to remain free from
grains,
dairy products
and refined sugars of any kind.
Whether
based on rice, nuts,
grain or soy (RNGS), beverages made from
dairy - alternatives are susceptible to a variety of possible issues including particulate suspension, emulsification
and mouthfeel characteristics.
The rules are a balance of evidence -
based research
and practicality, encouraging schools to sell competitive foods that are aligned with the USDA's Dietary Guidelines for Americans: more fruits, vegetables, whole
grains,
and low - fat
dairy options;
and limits on calories, fat, sugar
and sodium.
Based on the food pyramid, a healthy daily prenatal diet should include three to five servings of vegetables, two to four servings of fruit, six to 11 servings of

I currently feel that I do best on my own (non-named) gut healing protocol which includes tons of veggies, some fruit, eggs on a rotational
basis (as I suspect a sensitivity), lots of bone broth, no
dairy except occasional cooking with ghee, no refined sugar except the occasional bit of dark chocolate, no
grains except the occasional serving of quinoa that has been soaked for 6 - 8 hours,
and limiting alcohol intake.
My view of a healthy balanced diet is: a diet that is non processed,
based on plants, free of gluten (
and any processed
grains), low in
dairy (or better yet, free of
dairy).
· No more processed boxed
and packaged foods, sweets, pastries,
and snacks · No more sodas, diet sodas, colored or flavored waters, energy drinks · No beef or meat products modified with hormones · No bread products · No homogenized
and pasteurized
dairy products including milk, ice cream, yogurts, cheeses · No
grain based alcohol, especially mass produced beer products (more on alcohol later) · No fast food, chain restaurants, or convenience store foods
Do so using the recommendations made earlier: avoiding gut irritants such as
grains,
dairy,
and even legumes, focusing on vitamin - rich foods like vegetables, organ meats,
and egg yolks, consuming fermented foods or probiotic supplements on a regular
basis.
I can't find this info anywhere,
and all I know is that I am getting worse.Been on a paleo diet
and things got worse, like me developing carpal tunnel syndrome, mctd, shortness of breath in a daily
basis for 1 year
and a half, excruciating back pain that stops me from moving, alopecia areata coming back, depression
and so on I have been taking stress response by gaia, selenium
and other things with little help.Really don't know what else to do.I'm still 20 lb overweight even though my tsh went down.While my tsh went down, my antibodies went up from over 500 to over 700 now being on a
grain and dairy free diet.While on natural thyroid my mind
and body were so much better, but now supposedly are not good for me.My doc told me he could loose his license if he would prescribe that to me, which I know is lie.
