As I've mentioned, this banana bread is
great toasted and served
with jam, nutella, peanut butter, butter, honey, ricotta, banana slices, mashed banana, melted chocolate, desiccated coconut, coconut cream, ok you get the picture.
The texture and taste was delicious, went
great with fried eggs instead of regular wheat
toast, and they could easily double for pancakes if I wanted to top them
with some fresh fruit and maple syrup.
I ate peach
toast for breakfast as late into the season as I could, until probably some time in October when I made off
with the year's last few (and honestly, not so
great) peaches.

with sugar as a topping on

Wasa crispbreads / crackers are also a
great option for snacks, not just in this strawberry yogurt parfait but as a base to top
with whatever your mind can come up
with — we had some
with mashed avocado yesterday for a kind of avocado
toast without the need to
toast the bread.
That's a very strong driver for us along
with a
great hot breakfast offer, and
toasted subs and soups in the afternoon.
I wish we could sit down together in my kitchen and each have a slice (or two) of this incredible tart, along
