It's a riff off my my recipe for
Greek pita pizza (which I still eat so often it's embarrassing) and incredibly flavorful for being such a simple dish.

Turn on your grill to 400F and grill each breast about 5 minutes on each side and then server with
pita, hummus, tzaziki sauce / dill sauce, and
Greek salad or Tabbouleh.
I've gone out for
