run combined with Wednesday's
HIIT leg
workout led to dead tired legs by Thursday.

workouts into their routine using sprinting, hill
running, swimming or road cycling.
I was doing
HIIT workouts and it was working a lot and
running a lot, but I was getting plantar facsitis in my feet and it just made it too painful to do certain things like walking,
running and jumping so I went to the elliptical and biking and then doing toning body weight excerises.
don't get me wrong I enjoy working out etc but I love playing competitive hockey and love
running along with bodyweight
HIIT style
workouts more, I'm wanting to stop heavy lifting and go back to doing bodyweight again.
Hi Emma, I think the best type of exercise for you would be cardio (
running and lots of walking) and also some lighter resistance training (see my Victoria's Secret
workout posts) and maybe 1
HIIT session per week:) xx
because i do not have time for long walking and
running everyday so i just do
HIIT in my exercise routine together with other abs
workout.
For exercise do cardio first (
running, walking, elliptical, stairmaster) prior to the
HIIT workout.
My mother has thyroid issues so I am aware they could be hereditary, but my energy is pretty boundless even for a sedentary job (although I follow Zuzana Light's
workouts and do around
HIITs 4 per week, plus yoga and
run around 5 miles once a week) so hopefully that's not an issue.

I have knee issues and find that when I elevate the treadmill to the highest setting (15) at a speed up to 7 KPH (very fast walking and not
running) I get fantastic leg and
HIIT workout without the knee problems.
In a week I do 3x home strength
workouts with weights, 2 - 3
HIIT workouts and 1
running.
My go - to
workouts usually consist of a long
run in Central Park when the weather permits alternating with yoga classes and fun cardio and
HIIT classes popping up all the time!
actually doing enough cardio is something I need to work on in the weeks when life gets in the way of my cycling to work (I need to timetable some
HIIT workouts more regularly) but I'm great at getting my 10k plus daily steps in and doing pilates and yoga weekly — I'm managing 1
run a week I want to up that to 3 short ones (and I still haven't done my park
run watch this space) I feel that I am actually looking after my body (and my soul with help from Adele Stickland) at last.

HIIT workout or out
running endless errands, just one fat bomb is plenty to stave off hunger and keep me energized!
I
ran for years before I discovered that mixing up
workouts (spinning,
HIIT, walking!)
Not only will the high intensity interval training burn more calories than say a steady
run, you will also burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a
HIIT workout.
I've always taken ballet classes and gone
running but more recently I've increased my
HIIT workouts and weights sessions and feel my thighs are getting a bit thicker than I like.

I do
HIIT once a week,
running once a week, a step class once a week and then the gym 3 times a week doing ab
workout, weight training and 20 minutes cardio after.
Previously I had been doing more high intense
workouts like Les Miles Body Attack, Les Miles Body Attack,
running, and Shred, but I realized these were contributing to muscle gain because
HIIT.
I am looking to incorporate
HIIT sprinting into my
workout plan maybe once or twice a week along with 3x 30 — 40 min
runs and 1 or 2
HIIT circuit training sessions.

I'm currently doing
workouts from Kayla Itsines guide and trying to incorporate both
HIIT running and normal
running but do nt know how!
Also, I would include a combination of
HIIT, longer distance
running and power walking into your
workout program to get the best results!
Christine and I did a fantastic 20 - minute
HIIT workout followed by a mile long beach
run on day 1 and then... we didn't.
Good advice but what works for one doesn't always work for the other I actually stopped exercising and just did the suggested walking every morning or
run as most of the
hiit workouts included squat jumps etc now my legs are flabby I eat very healthy, I'm so upset and I suffer with body dismorphia I just don't think it works for everyone

running on my 8 - week «Couch to 5K» plan, and I'll probably do a
HIIT workout on Sunday.
