This is a great
recipe, works perfectly every time, nice and moist with a rich chocolate flavour, however when I made the
icing according to the directions we could not eat it as it was far too sweet, next time and since I have
halved the sweetener and it is very good.
Because bitter chocolate has no sugar and no added fat (cocoa beans are about
half fat), it is more stubborn to melt and may be slightly grainy in custard and
ice cream

I made it using Guinness and followed the
