To me, systemic
art can be very much akin to
hard -
edge art and a computer algorithm itself is very
hard -
edge; it's
hard written code, but when code performs different functions it can generate a huge range of color combinations and emblems and symbols.
But dealer George Adams was moved by the crisp lines and jarring angles of the artist's brief foray into
Hard Edge, a style associated with Color Field painting and Op
Art.
