The Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery at Smith Center for Healing and the Arts announces the return of the Alchemical Vessels Exhibition and Benefit in 2015.

All sale proceeds of from this exhibition have been generously donated to Smith Center for Healing and the Arts & Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery by Brian Dailey.

This month, for the second year in a row, the Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery in Washington, D.C., will host Alchemical Vessels, a selection of 125 works chosen by 20 curators who encourage «a community dialogue on healing and transformation through the arts.»

The three jurors for 2018 are Spencer Dormitzer, visual artist and director of Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery; Isabel Manalo, an interdisciplinary visual artist and founding manager of The Studio Visit (TSV), a collaborative art blog featuring artist interviews in their studios; and Francis Thompson, art program project manager at JLL, commercial real estate.
