Herbs Elderberry Syrup (it's alcohol free and completely plant - based) made with organic European
Black Elderberries, no artificial flavors and an addition of Acerola cherries for an extra Vitamin C boost.
Other sources of anthocyanins are purple cabbage, purple potatoes, blue corn,
black beans, plums, dark grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and
black berries, as well as
herbs like
elderberry, hawthorn, and acai.
Also, make sure you're in tiptop shape before you travel; if you are feeling a bit under the weather, there are lots of great Chinese
herbs that can help, but if you don't have time to get to your local friendly acupuncturist, go grab some
black elderberry.
