I've done it all over the years: from going out with a group of girlfriends, to staying in to binge watch movies and eating, to cooking a nice dinner at home with my significant other (one of which resulted in the fire department showing up, haha) and going out to a good restaurant on a date.

But I loved it so much cause it meant I got to work from home for a few days (which meant I got to see my hubby all day and my little Nora Poo as well) and I got to go play in the snow and make my friend Rachel from One Pot Slop take my photos haha.

They treated us so well and it was the perfect location to walk the rest of the night (before calling a car to pick us up, no we didn't walk home, haha).
