Kefir Smoothie, which gives the rich flavor of the fermented dairy just that sweet touch by adding blueberries and a touch of
honey!
Smoothies... 1 cup of
kefir, 1 cup of frozen organic fruit, 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs, 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed, 1 teaspoon of local
honey, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and a handful of fresh greens such as kale or spinach.
