For a lot of people exclusively using almond
milk, it's
about personal preference; I'd use
coconut milk myself a whole lot more if I knew
how to make it!
About 1/2 a glass of
milk, 100 ml (I use almond or
coconut milk — the amount of
milk does depend on
how thick or runny you like it though, so please adjust accordingly)

The only thing I wasn't sure

how to bake with the
coconut milk.

about how it'd turn out because we've never tried curry or a
coconut milk based meal but my family inhaled it.

how about ingesting some high quality fat or at least a macronutrient balanced smoothie with lots of fat from
coconut milk or almond
milk, maybe a tbl of MCT oil, along with greens and perhaps a high protein, moderate fat powder like Primal Fuel?
Now I'm going to make myself some turmeric tea (
coconut milk, water, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of vanilla) and try not to think
about how damn itchy I am.
Hi Peter, This is almost exactly
how I eat, in the guiding principles, except that consume
about half the calories you do, and get
about half of them from
coconut oil in the form of
milk and oil directly.
since combining the
coconut flakes with the
coconut milk, basically eating whole
coconuts, is «harmless» could one then draw the conclusion that while
coconut milk on its own per the arterial impact from it is bad for you then what
about how people actually use
coconut milk?
