Hi Peter, This is almost exactly how I eat, in the guiding principles, except that consume about half the calories you do, and get about half of them from coconut oil in the form of milk and oil directly.
since combining the coconut flakes with the coconut milk, basically eating whole coconuts, is «harmless» could one then draw the conclusion that while coconut milk on its own per the arterial impact from it is bad for you then what about how people actually use coconut milk?
