about how long they had to wait, had to talk to too many people, the price, «your website says one thing but you say
something else», «you say it's easy to
do business and I can't even get a price», «I didn't know
about your warranty», «you don't know what you're talking
about» — right?
But no matter
how long it has been since I was at the helm, if I see
something that I don't like, I'm not at all shy
about making my thoughts known and asking some very pointed questions.
If you're going to
do something like intentionally ignore your email for a few hours, you need to be just as intentional
about planning
how you're going to spend that time.
So we're always talking
about, as a content marketing team,
how can we push the boundaries in terms of showing great design but also
doing something that feels a little bit outside of the box?
Think
about something you dreamed of
doing five or 10 years ago but didn't work to
do — and think
about how good you'd be today at that thing if you had.
The answer is to be truthful
about how these issues came
about and to
do something about it.»
According to the Harris Poll's most recent «Reputation Quotient» study, 60 % of consumers surveyed had decided not to
do business with a company because of

A leader doesn't worry

doing so means he's in the spotlight and is being selfish.
There's

about how many of us handle our working lives.

done reveals a great deal
about how they interact with others and what thought processes and trade - offs they make to get the job
done.
