So even if we're just making a significant upgrade
in our 18 man
game day squad, if it keeps us
competitive throughout the season because we're not dropping off to a Kevin Stewart yute - type, that's a really smart investment.
I get that we have a bunch of players that are
competitive (which is good) and passionate (even better) and soccer is a
game that relies
so much on players working together that not being on the same page can be really frustrating

competitive game of the season, and obviously if Arsenal can beat the reigning Champions Chelsea
in the Community Shield it can give us great confidence going into the new season.
So after 4
competitive games we can see the makings of a squad that can't compete for EPL or cl... Bringing
in rotation players won't change the equation as we already have too many mediocre performers... if we bring
in quality DM and attacker I think we can have a first team to match the best and hope fitness and injuries aren't against us... otherwise it's another underperforming season ahead

so if you're too shy to join
in, watching can be fun too.
Finally the we arrive the meat of the
game:
competitive multiplayer, the very thing for which the Call of Duty series has become
so damn popular over the years, and once again Infinity Ward feel like they're taken a step backwards from Black Ops II
in some ways.
As you may expect, Capcom will also thrown
in the usual character and gameplay balance tweaks for this version as well, while still maintaining the same essence of the
game at its core,
so be prepared to either whine and complain if your favorite character got the nerf, or jump
in joy if they finally get something that will make them
competitive.
I forgot to add, I love you kept offline co-op and
competitive multiplayer
in this
game because it's the best type of multiplayer and it's disgusting how
so many
games only include online multiplayer.
Unfortunately, there wasn't really much more than the 5v5 mode available, but from what I've seen
in the beta, this is without doubt a
game that we should be looking forward to... it's certainly one that could finally bring us that true
competitive robot fighting that gaming has been lacking for
so long.
In a
competitive fighter, this is one of the most important aspects of the
game, and it's one of the reasons there are
so many beta tests scheduled to take place prior to launch.
I played a few
games online and quite happily whittled away several hours
in doing
so, quite fun and
competitive.
Epic
games have stated that they will be using this LTM as a learning stone,
so maybe
in the future, we will see
competitive mode come to Duo's and Squads
Ideally you'll get matched up with players who are at or around your skill level, but my early experiences with the
game ended up reminding me that while I think the

in Gears is well - designed and exciting, playing it against people who play a lot of it is frustrating
in an «I guess I'll just turn this off now» way, not a «Gee, I'm going to strive to get better
so this stops happening» sort of way.

games for killers aren't fighting
