One can not blame an employer for firing an employee going
vegan if the
vegan employee is a chef who doesn't want to cook with meat products and yet
works at a steakhouse.
For example,
If I woke up one morning and decided I was
vegan because I loved animals, gave money to pita and
worked at a local animal shelter, but regularly ate steak... well i am well meaning, but not
vegan.

working on offering
vegan versions of my cupcakes to customers and was curious to know
if I go with the bananas or the applesauce, will it make my cupcakes taste like bananas or apples?

Flax «eggs» (flax meal + water) are a great
vegan egg replacement in recipes, and I was curious to see
if this blend would
work as successfully.
You can serve your
vegan wraps as I did, the super low - carb way, by placing some filling atop a large kale leaf (Romaine lettuce leaves also
work well for this purpose, as would a chard leaf,
if it's big enough), or you can use this as a filling for
vegan burritos, by scooping some into whole wheat, spelt, corn or other tortillas.

if i'm completely honest with you, i have to say that in some recipes you can totally feel that eggs or dairy are missing and some recipes don't even really
work to create a
vegan version of.
You can always use a
vegan butter
if you want to make this dairy free, and a gluten - free flour blend
works well here in place of white flour.
However,
if you're wanting cream cheese as a spread on a bagel, some of the fruit - flavored
vegan cream cheeses should
work.

Any neutral flavored oil will
work in the actual dough, but for the filling the only thing you can use in place of the coconut oil would be
vegan butter (or regular butter,
if you eat dairy).

work with your diet.
