calorie breakdown for this recipe, but
if you liked you could enter the ingredients into an online nutrition calculator and it should give you that
information.
If you are trying to calculate it using the nutrition
information that does not work for recipes as zero point foods still have
calories etc..

On the original post, a lot of people asked me

For those of you who are counting
calories, like I am, I put the nutritional
information using www.calorieking.com and
