I feel like it is a reasonably healthy alternative to other spreads
if you need such or right
out of the jar but you must keep the portions under control or else the
calories and carbs will still add up as with most things.
Even though there is flexibility in how you «spend» your macros, you can't blow all your
calories on french fries and miss
out on protein the way you could
if you were just counting
calories.
I made these muffins today and wasn't sure
if I was going to be the only one in my household eating them but as it turns
out all the

Made these the other day and shared the recipe everywhere I could... I cut the auger and chips down to 1/2 cups... Worked
out to 2560
calories for the whole recipe (1440 from the peanut butter)
if you use a 1/8 measuring cup level to scoop them
out you will get over 20 cookies and they are the perfect size
Now...
if you could just figure
out a way to eliminate the
calories, so I can eat two & a half PILES of this stuff, then I'd be even MORE grateful!

To round
out the meal serve with low
calorie mashed potatoes, couscous, white or brown rice or cauliflower rice (
if you are watching your carbs) and your favorite green vegetable or a simple green salad.

calories unless it is wildly obvious that you have a problem in that area... eating 5 steaks is problem in that area... when a single one would do.

calories (more power to you), you can up the amount of peanut butter.

out that
