If hydronic, then yes, but you'd have to know how to drain the boiler, solder heating element to pipes, and refill / bleed all the air out.
If you have an oil or gas fired
hydronic heating and hot water system, make sure the installer didn't install a pipe to recirculate any of the pumped circulating water directly back to the boiler input, bypassing the load.
