if you're using a cold pressed juicer to

juice, this helps keep the nutrients in for longer.
If you don't own a
juice machine you could try
making it in a blender and then filter everything through a cheese cloth.
If you want to
make the
juice ahead, remember that honey will firm up in the fridge, and you will have to gently reheat the mixture to loosen the honey.
If the
juice is shop bought
make sure it doesn't contain any extra sugars or additives.
She also likes some of the green
juices I
make — so at least I'm feeling a bit better that she's getting some vegetables even
if she's drinking them!
If you end up with a blender that doesn't have a strong motor,
