Because of the «featheriness «of
the Ikat stencil pattern and the gridded jute texture of the rug, I did not pounce or swirl the brush through the stencil, as I usually would.
The rug is larger but the Khanjali
Ikat stencil is larger too, and the paint dries fast, so you can keep moving quickly.
Andrea, the lucky winner, was nice enough to send me the pictures of her finished project — a powder room that she revved up using one of
their Ikat stencils.
