in side impact crash tests to provide consumer information.
In the side impact crash test, it managed 14.82 out of 16 points — driver chest protection was listed as acceptable.
They also earn the «best pick» designation
in side impact crash tests recently conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
Cons: Road noise, models without side airbags scored poorly
in side impact crash tests, no trunk release on the remote, some interior materials are not of top quality (e.g. carpet).
ARLINGTON, Va. — The Toyota Camry and Honda Accord equipped with optional side airbags are the only inexpensive midsize cars to earn good ratings
in side impact crash tests conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
The NHTSA says it is even better than the Accord
in its side impact crash test ratings and costs thousands less.
The purpose of this study was to compare injury responses and kinematics for these two dummies
