It seems every culture has some kind of fermented dairy they traditionally make, from
Indian raitas and lassis to our American acidophilus yogurts sweetened with fruit.
That's nothing but glorified yogurt like its dip relative baba ghanoush or traditional
Indian raita.

I double - stacked 2 patties with tomato slices, cilantro, fresh mint,
