Abstract:
Infrared images of the
dark cloud core B59 were obtained with the Spitzer Space Telescope as part of the «Cores to Disks» Legacy Science project.
Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDC) are dense regions of such
clouds, and thought that in which clusters of stars are formed.
A ring of eight
infrared LEDs provides nighttime illumination; here too, the
Cloud Cam performed well, letting me see one of my cats as he prowled across the
dark attic.
