Dr. Bradley Cooke, an assistant professor in Georgia State University's Neuroscience Institute, has received the $ 650,000 National Science Foundation (NSF) Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) award, one of 18 awarded by the NSF's Division of
Integrative Organismal Systems in the last year.
The opportunity to closely interact with colleagues from different fields will generate an
integrative perspective that unites diverse scientific approaches to microtubule research, ranging from structural biology, biochemistry, and biophysics to cell biology and
organismal biology.
