searching for
jobs, my portfolio

If you're unsure of your salary expectations, before your
interview or even before you start your
job search, take some time to do research and determine the salary ranges for someone
with your experience and skills, in the industry you're
interviewing in as well as the geographical area.

Of course, you should bear in mind that when you apply for a
job, your potential employer (s) will look you up online, so owning the

with making a great first impression, will help you secure an

interview.
To avoid or rectify these mistakes, stay grounded and be willing to improve your CV, relationship
with your recruiter, networking strategy,
interview approach, and your patience during your
job search.
With the sheer numbers of
job listings outnumbering the competition, including GlassDoor, by far, its no wonder that both sides of the
job search aisle turn to Indeed.com when entering the
interview and employment market.
Be truthful when discussing your qualifications and background, tell the recruiter the kind of
jobs you want or don't want, your salary requirements, and if you have any personal obligations (think family vacations or or other upcoming scheduled trips) that may interfere either
with your
search,
interview schedule or working dates for potential positions.
With hours being spent
searching for positions, completing applications and preparing for
interviews, the
job hunt can seem like a
job in itself.
