I hope you can answer this question for me — I have read on several
websites that tempeh is low fodmap, but I just read the following in Patsy Catsos's book «IBS — Free At Last» second edition,
page 116: «Soy products such as soy milk, tempeh, miso and soy protein
isolate......... do contain carbohydrates from the soybean, so they are not allowed during the Elimination Phase of the diet.»
