Not sure if this is traditional or not, but I think it made quite a difference, the way salting
pasta water is important when
cooking Italian.

I didn't have rabe, si I sautéed some broccoli in the pan I used for the
Italian sausage, and
cooked some arugula with the
pasta, then added both in the final putting together.
I had indeed to study and experiment for a long time to get a dough that had the right consistency to be drawn through the bronze dies as the tradition of
