a juicer which was not being used so now hopefully it will be on the go alot!!

Juicer which has a frozen attachment making it perfect for those «I need something really really tasty and sweet now» moments.
The motor runs on a slow 80RPM and is a single gear masticating
juicer which provides a healthy juice.
I went on a raw food course about 5/6 years ago and they used a masticating
juicer which they said gave optimum nutrition as it gently juiced rather than breaking everything down at cellular level and destroying some of the enzymes through heat, but I know there are also juicers that do cold pressed juices.

My favorite are the single gear
juicers which are relatively fast, less expensive and easier to clean than more expensive juicers like twin gears or even the $ 2000 Norwalk juicers.
However, in order to make a juice which would be fully beneficial to your health you can't use a blender but a cold pressed and low speed juicers such as Hurom slow vertical
juicers which make juice surprisingly quickly and without heating or oxidizing it, and destroying enzymes and vitamins.
Not exact matches
Despite the power of the 120V motor (
which, by the way, spins the juicing cone at an impressive 120 RPM), the
juicer is actually extremely quiet.
While you may know Hurom better for its heavier duty
juicers,
which can turn your kale, celery, and pineapple into a delectable green concoction, this Citrus
Juicer is a more approachable machine.
I would also recommend looking at the BioChef
juicer,
which is a cold press masticating
juicer and can deal with all leafy greens, lemongrass and even soaked nuts for nut milk.
It isn't my favourite
juicer as it's quite difficult to clean (
which is really important to me) and I wasn't crazy about the design but if you are new to juicing then it would definitely be a great thing to start with while you get used to the idea of drinking your veggies!

The need for all is that they all do different things, the
juicer makes juices
which you can't do in any other machines, the blender makes smoothies and the processor makes hummus, nut butter, crushes nut and date mixes etc
