julienne peeler or spiralizer makes quick
work of the zucchini, creating a pile of tender, silky noodles that you can twist around your fork.
If you don't have a
julienne slicer or a spiral slicer this would also
work well with a veggie
peeler and a knife to cut any thicker slices.
If you don't even want to get a
Julienne peeler, a regular vegetable
peeler works great too, it just takes a little more time.
