Contrary to popular opinion, we can not resolve the situation by
just changing the manager, as we do not have the infrastructure and footballing knowledge, such as a director of football, that other clubs have, as Mr Wenger covers all those positions.
again «You cant change the Manager,
just Change the Manager.»

just changing the manager and all will be well next season is not enough.

I read this article by charisma magazine which i thought was well written which is pro Women preaching http://www.charismamag.com/blogs/fire-in-my-bones/16851-why-i-defend-women-preachers This debate is an on going one John Piper who i respect as a bible preacher believes that scripture is clear women shouldnt have authority over men or teach in the church some go as far as saying women shouldnt preach in sunday school if the classes are mixed.Personally i think times are
changing and i say that because i have a women
manager she has authority over me and other men so if we follow the biblical example i shouldnt allow myself to be in that situation which is
just crazy thinking.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Man City, Bayern, Chelsea, PSG, Juventus all
change managers and they are still bigs club that compete and not
just make up places.
some of the players are
just NOT good enough to make up an EPL winning side, others are but are running low on motivation and energy and as

one of them is launching a protest against the

but a t some point he lost it, and is not because of his stinginess to buy players, our core is good and has been for sometime now, his biggest problem was adaptation,
change to the new EPL, his philosophy dating back 20 years does not work anymore and he knows it, because of this his biggest flaw all others came out to light, lack of rotation of his players favoring some over others, stubbornness that applies to his transfer policy buying for the future

Start laying in the foundations for a new
manager now, get the right type of support and in 12 months time when Wengers contract runs out we bid him a good farewell and remember the good he done, it gives the club 12 months to make the
changes and then we can show any great
manager that we mean business on the pitch and not
just off it.
that is the only way wenger will progress in the c / l and league title if not we do need a
manager who can do all of those things and a
manager that will keep the team motivated from the sidelines, not that i am saying that he should definitely come in but
just watch how jurgen klopp interacts with his players all the time and how animated he is from the sideline he motivates his players, (this is what we need sometimes being excellent technically is enough alone) and he is

Remember if you aren't at the head of the class when it comes to the development of young talent, which means eyes on the ground everywhere, a vast array of connections with soccer associations throughout Europe and beyond and a
manager willing to properly train and play said blue chippers, (like the 90s Arsenal or clubs like the modern day Monaco and Dortmund) you need to spend to win... anything in between is highly problematic... failure to make the necessary
changes leaves you in the proverbial «no man's land» and that is currently where we reside... it's difficult to get out of this rut...
just ask either of the Milan teams... next step after that is being known as a «seller», which could be us already if and when Sanchez leaves... there are only two teams that have worn this moniker in recent times and had some decent success and that is Athletico Madrid and Dortmond, which only occurred when they both brought in new, charismatic leaders in Simmone & Klopp... the odds that Wenger could conjure up the magic to repeat the performances of a bygone era are incredibly low, so why prolong the agony... he's not willing to create the hierarchy necessary to go the youth route and he's unwilling to put his team's potential success ahead of his job security by laying it on the line with Moustache, so it's time to place all your chips in the middle or go gently into that good night
now to the topic: yeah i get what you mean a fan shouldnt think of the club as a brand but if fans think about the

just because we love the club its not right to bash blame and insult them because of failure, what we can do is demand
change, expressing our disliking and / or criticising them constructively but insulting and offending them is a no - go.
Maybe I am
just being cynical here, but when I hear people that have previously taken great delight in tormenting Arsenal and our
manager change their tune and start to say nice things about Arsene Wenger and the club I can not help but question their motives.
Of course it would be silly to suggest that winning any game, cup or otherwise, isn't good for the club, but let's remember

I resent this team for even making me feel such thoughts and it's going to take a lot of effort on their part to earn my trust again... this club has treated the fans so poorly that it has created an incredibly fragile and toxic environment, so much so that a «what have you done for me lately» mentality has emerged... fans rise and fall depending on the results of each game because we don't have faith in those in charge to make the necessary
changes to personnel and tactics... each time we win many fans attack any dissenting voices and make unrealistic claims about the players, the
manager and the potential for unprecedented success... every time we lose the boo - birds run rampant, calling for heads to roll and predicting the worst... regardless of what side you fall on, it's not your fault, both sides are simply overcompensating for the horrible state of affairs that have been percolating for several years... it's hard to take the long view when those in charge have lied incessantly and refuse to take any responsibilities for their own actions... in the end, we are trapped by the same catch - 22 that ManU faced upon Fergie's exit... less fearful of maintaining the status quo than facing the unknown, which was validated, wrongly or rightly, by witnessing the difficulties they have faced during this transitory period... to be honest, the thing that scares me most is that this team has never prepared whatsoever for this eventuality, which considering our frugal nature and the way we have shunned many of our most revered former players is more than a little disconcerting

truth is I never seem to support AW, starting w the loss of Cesc, as an american, i learned to like football while working in barcelona, they seem to do
just fine
changing managers every 3 yrs.
I read people getting called AKB because they do not want Wenger sacked YET, they want
change at the top 1st because they believe the next
manager will be
just as poor with how AFC is being ran.
As much as I appreciate what Wenger has done for the club, I would also appreciate it if he wasn't in charge next season, it's nothing personal I
just feel that after the period of transition we have flat - lined and the truth is whether it be tactics, injuries, personal recruitment that have been contributing factors to us not being able to win the Premier league title... it's all on him and until we
change manager this stupid cycle will persist... Eddie D
we have seen the banners, we have had our rants, nothing is going to
change player and
manager wise in the few weeks left of the season so let us all be on the same page and leave all the protests and anger until end of the season, we need to get behind the
manager, players as much as we possibly can and maybe,
just maybe we will be pleasantly surprised..
nice to see you crawl out of your hole
just in time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this team long before Wenger arrived on the scene and will continue to do so long after he's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought to the EPL, which at that point was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product on the field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful
manager wasn't afraid to bring strong personalities and / or world - class players into the fold without being fearful of how said players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all
changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in... from Henry to RVP to Fabergas and Nasri, it was easy to see that this club was no longer interested in competing at the highest levels... instead of being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose to side with management and in doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending to be a world - class soccer club... without the «front man» this organization would have been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence was imperative if the facade was to continue... it's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has done to my beloved club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative way they have treated the fans, like myself, is largely indefensible and this is why I felt it necessary to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but as long as the same shit continues to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different team to pretend to follow
All Wenger has done for the last nine years is to paper over the cracks in our team and squad.we are Arsenal FC and we should be not
just competing for trophies but winning them on a regular basis.unfortunately our
manager is now too old and to stubborn to
change and he refuses to listen or ask for help.
Arsenal fans will be United when wenger leaves and am desperate to see him leave, I
just don't understand how he ia still our
manager till now after years of failure despite being the most experienced
manager and other top clubs
changing managers, sadly he still have fans dat are backing him to continue cuz they don't see any 1 that can replace him, they waiting for arsenal to go an a 4 game run to call him a genius and say he knows best.
Come on mate everyone knows our club has gone threw a transactional period that we will probably never see in our life time again football has
changed since the billionaires have come in we had to make the
changes no other
manager could of kept us in the top four while we had to
change our whole structure I'm not saying wenger is perfect he does fustrate us all sometimes but were in safe hands and were going in the right direction not that I know a lot about the ffp but something is happening and every year we seem to becoming in a stronger position to what wenger is trying to achieve for our club we all know this is wenger last contract and even if he win the cl or the epl he won't sign another contract it
just fustrates me that the way people act sometimes our time is coming even wen wenger leaves we will still have hope that we can compete for honours lets
just enjoy beign arsenal fans and what will be will be cause wen in a very stable position and that is all the hope I need that our time will come in the future COYG
We need a year to recruit a top
managers and the good ones have
just changed jobs with the exception of Simeone.
Just back off Jack's back and support all our players and pray our
manager change his ways or leave the club.
Yes, we can
change the
manager and this is what probably will happen but
just like me, you know that 2007 was the last season where we mounted a real challenge for the title in a decade.
The damage has been done and the clubs current board wont take steps to
change it regardless of if Wenger is
manager or not it all comes back to then and they
just don't care as long as we are in profit.
why would people who want a different
manager all of a sudden
change their minds
just because we beat Newcastle?
OT — For all those still scared of
change, or
just ignorantly not wanting it — Man Utd
changed their
manager last summer, and Mourinho has now qualified for the Champions League, and has won three trophies out of a possible five in
just nine months.
I remember some people were happy when song left, now they............, when wenger leave they will have a new
manager and will............ They were in love with flamini but now they............, should i call them fickle or ficti............ Haha they even wanted porchettino, now they can see............, im not afraid of
change tho im
just saying what might be cos they even kissed klopps......, now they............, i rest my case, fill in the missing words with the words in your mind fellas
Until we
change our game style, formation, players that are not good enough, spending policy so that we buy in all the positions we need, not
just one, buy players with characters, driven by success with lots of titles behind them,
change our ambition to titles, not fourth, reduce immense ticket prices, stop being a business rather than a football club, introduce younger members to the board or unbelievably somehow
change the
manager, I will not be convinced.
Nothing much will
change We will be still stuck with a clueless but lucky
manager Probably
just make the top 4 or 5 Probably won't win the FA Cup Wenger won't fix problems in summ Probably lose Alexis
And
change of
manager can
change a top team too —
just look at Chelsea!
In Arsenal's case, when we fans experienced the disappointment of failing to win the League (and the FA Cup) many fans protested with anger, or simply
just called for a
change of
manager, and directed it all at the most obvious and softest target — Arsene Wenger.
I'm all for
change, i
just want the right
manager.
This is all
just an Arsenal transfer rumour at the moment and even if it is on the cards then things could
change in the coming weeks, as we do not know how the rest of the Premier League season will go for Jack Wilshere at his loan club AFC Bournemouth or even who will be the Arsenal
manager next season.
The author whoever he is, should
just look at things on both sides, you gave example of Liverpool
changing managers, Liverpool are
just Liverpool you can't compare them to Arsenal currently
just like Spurs.
This attitude of wanting the club to decline further
just so a managerial
change can come in to their liking is beyond petulant... Ozil, Xhaka, Bellerin, Mustafi, AOC, Koscielny are all solid building blocks for a quality squad if a quality
manager is to take over..
So to re-cap, if AFC
change the board, get new ownership,
change the business model,
change the
manager (or give him an updated training manual), reduce the ticket prices, don't sell any players who want to leave, only buy or sell players sanctioned by the fans, spend # 65 - 85M this window, stop negotiating on transfer fees but
just hand over the money then we will win the PL and UCL on a regular basis and this particular supporter will be happy.
We had a really nice squad back then,
just like now, but the way we finished that season losing the league cup final and missing on the title I felt that a
change of
manager was needed.
I am NOT an AKB or an AOB, I
just want whatever is best for Arsenal IN MY OPINION, and my opinion now (which may
change in the future) is that it is not good for the club to sack Wenger (or any
manager) in the middle of any season.
i understand not wanting to
change anything at half time but in the second half the
manager like so many games i have seen in the past
just seemed to hope for the best.
So when a sane
manager replaces this old deluded
manager, we will see
changes even if the team will be running in a low budget, it can be done,
just watch atletico, Leicester and ask yourself, if Wenger was managing LC would he have survived the axe?
Laca has a beard - so does Giroud.Other than the fact they are both French there is no comparison.Give this kid (yeah I know he's 26 but that's still young at my age) the service and he will be a top top player.Look at his movement and see how frustrated he gets as the ball continually goes from side to side and backwards.I see a lot of Ian Wright in this boy but even Wrighty would struggle with the way we are set up and play. When Sánchez is gone he will become our main man and
just watch the difference.Remember those days when the football was slick and fast?Remember when we had pace all through the team and had players who knew how to use it?When we
change manager a bring in a coach who gets the best from players by playing to their strength you will see a totally different Lacazette and Arsenal
Wenger is a great asset to Arsenal, but as a
manager with his flaws, it may be better to move him into an other position at the club and get someone who knows how to prevent injuries wenger could but did nt — or with the tactical variety to prevent losses like at anfield and stamford bridge, or making the
change of tactic when we
just cant score against teams like leicester.
