added sugar / be aware of it.
You can
add plain yogurt back into their diet,
just avoid the yogurts with
added sugar or flavoring.
Just because you're
avoiding added sugar, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a delicious chia pudding bowl.
Just avoid added fructose - containing
sugar —
added sweets should be safe starch based, like rice syrup.
