cooked it in the slow
cooker, in the way I outlined below, to help with the texture but when It was done I was still a little too squeamish to
just sit down and eat it in a big slice, so instead I decided to shred it, mix it with
ground beef and eat it in tacos and it was delicious!

Just brown the
ground beef on your stove, throw all the ingredients in your crock pot and

just like
cooked ground meat.
The turkey complimented the feta cheese
just as well (if not better) than the
ground beef, and I didn't notice a bit of difference in the full - fat versus the fat - free feta once it was
cooked into the burger.
I
cook very little
ground beef, but I make a vegetarian taco filling that would probably work
just fine!!
