When
the KA mixer came out, I always knew growing up that something great was about to happen in the kitchen.
Also I do love the idea of pewter for
the KA mixer.

Second, I ended up beating the batter in
my KA Mixer (with the paddle attachment) at a speed of 8 for five minutes and a speed of 6 for an additional two minutes.
I used AP flour with a Tablespoon of vital wheat gluten added for good measure, and beat the dough with
the KA mixer paddle attachment for three minutes.
Unfortunately, I've been so busy that I haven't even had time to break in my new
KA mixer!
The dough is quite sticky; if you have
a KA mixer, use it and your bread hook to do the kneading, then use as little flour as you can manage while shaping the dough into rolls.
In the meantime, I'm grateful for
the KA mixes so that we can enjoy freshly baked bread.

KA GF All Purpose Baking
Mix, Hershey «s Special Dark Cocoa, Tollhouse Chocolate Chips, and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
