I think one of my
favorite parts of the book is the Introduction, where she breaks all - things -
kale down for you.
Well, the interesting
part is that it's SUPER rare for me to cook at all — so I imagine Andy cooking one of his
favorite meals like cheese and potato pie, baked beans, and a salad with
kale and sunflower shoots.
It's inexpensive, packs a good 30 to 50 percent of your daily protein needs depending on your view of that
part of nutrition and it has
kale, which is my personal
favorite veggie of all time.
