This is the first game in the main
series since Super Mario

course of any kind based on Luigi.

Kart 8 Deluxe packs in a staggering 48
courses and 42 playable drivers, along with an array
of vehicles and equipment, and the gravity - defying tracks are some
of the
series» most dazzling creations to date.
There'll be multiplayer, too, though we weren't able to try it, while new feeder
series will make an appearance, with the likes
of Cross
Karts on offer - alongside historic cars and new
courses in Spain, Montenegro, France and elsewhere.
Turning the
courses upside down and driving against walls brings to mind Super Mario Galaxy or the bonus stages from Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and it brings a sense
of freshness to the Mario
Kart series.
Super Circuit retains the play style
of Super Mario
Kart, where
courses are mostly flat and straightforward when compared to the other sequels in the
series (though they retain the fun Mario themes).
You can even unlock all twenty tracks from Super Mario
Kart on top
of the twenty tracks introduced here, giving Super Circuit more
courses than any entry in the
series up until Mario
Kart 8 introduced DLC into the mix.

The original Wii U version
of Mario
Kart 8 is one
of the best games in the entire
series, with inventive, gravity - defying
courses, beautiful graphics, and a surprisingly competent online multiplayer mode.
