Again, I don't think I did as good of a job here as I did with the Banjo -
Kazooie stage.

Finishing off this first look at some of my favorite games of all time and their flaws (if you didn't guess, I plan to do more), Banjo -
Kazooie takes center
stage, my favorite 3D collect - a-thon style platformer.
Without a hub to return to after a Moon is collected, Mario pulls a page out of Banjo -
Kazooie's playbook, and is free to comb through a
stage finding as many Power Moons as he possibly can at the player's own leisure.
While Banjo -
Kazooie dropped players into a
stage to unearth its collectibles at their leisure, 64 and Sunshine's mission - based level format gave a set objective that needed to be accomplished at that time.
The
stage itself is quite vast, and honestly reminds me a fair bit of some of the levels in Banjo
Kazooie Nuts & Bolts due to the scale.
