Loads of people have success with this, but typically you'll find dairy
kefir grains (
which have some lactose in them and are best avoided if you are lactose intolerant) and water
kefir grains,
which can work in a sugary water
drink, coconut water, or other water - based beverages and makes a light champagne - like
drink.
Kefir is my go - to
drink to get that probiotics fix nowadays and as I have been
drinking it regularly this past month, I really feel it benefits my system and it doesn't leave me feeling bloated,
which is a big plus.
Thanks to
kefir, milk gets fermented before you
drink it, rather than after,
which is a much more pleasant experience for everyone invovled.
You can also incorporate fermented
drinks like water
kefir and Kombucha
which are inexpensive to make and can be carbonated like soda!
We introduced raw milk and cheese, fermented cod liver oil / butter oil blend, cell salts, milk
kefir, bone broth
which is hard to get him to
drink, smoothies with cream / raw egg yolks / crushed egg shells / great lakes gelatin / trace mineral drops, butter from grassfed cows, free - range eggs, grass - fed / pastured meats and organ meats hidden in to meals.

I haven't tried dairy

I read an article on this site that basically stated it was better to
drink no milk than to choose conventional, but I noticed here that the guidelines only state «preferably» —
which makes me think it would still be beneficial for me to continue
drinking / eating milk, especially as yogurt of
kefir.
We had a batch of water
kefir which you can use to make lemonade and other very healthy naturally carbonated
drinks.
After initial fermentation, however, you can remove the grains and then do a second fermentation to produce a variety of
kefir drinks,
which is probably what people mean when they talk about doing this.
The good thing about
kefir is that it is not only curative but also preventive
which means you don't have to be sick to take it and it is safe to
drink it everyday.
You can make healthy water

kefir grains,
which are also called tibicos, California bees (by many people) or Japanese water crystals.
I have begun
