allergy I've been hesitant to try

The truth is that water
kefir is really not a good substitute for
milk kefir even if you have a
milk allergy.
BOTTOM LINE: if you don't have a dairy
allergy, raw
milk and fermented dairy (yogurt,
kefir) may be ok for you.
