With all of the
Smoothies I make, we use
Kefir Milk, but use your favorite milk, dairy or not it will still taste great.
Over the past few weeks I've been experimenting
with all sorts of ways to use fresh
kefir, you can flavor it
with vanilla or almond extract, add it to your
smoothies, use it as a base for your stove top oatmeal or as a creamy top on your granola.
we put
kefir on frozen blueberries and raspberries, your body loves the
kefir and it replaces the ice cream craving OR a
smoothie with 1 c.
kefir, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c. frozen raspberries = yum!
I make my green
smoothies with Kefir milk.

Make your own eggnog - inspired
smoothie with vanilla

If one can not mix
kefir with carbs, how about making a

kefir grains» that need to be purchased once before they quickly multiply, providing many opportunities to share

I do not know but something about the
kefir does not let the banana turn brown like when you do a banana
smoothie with regular milk.
I do this for 2 or 3 days and when I have healthy sized grains I start giving them away or adding them to
smoothies or all of the other creative things you can do
with kefir grains.
