Our end - of - the week recipe is a wonderful dip made with
Kerrygold Dubliner cheese.
I am addicted to
Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, but had never used it in a recipe before.
Dark green leaves, about 2 cups, such as dandelion, arugula, beet, baby spinach 1/2 cup
Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, crumbled, 3/4 - inch pieces

Kerrygold Dubliner; sharp cheddar, Gruyere, Swiss would work.
