Kerrygold grass fed butter, organic valley ghee, and fatworks lard as fat sources.
I used regular butter for baking and cooking and saved
our Kerrygold grass - fed butter for eating on toast or rice.

Kerrygold is a good brand of Irish butter in the US) or any European butter is usually
grass - fed and a better choice.
Trader Joe's brand organic butter is also
grass - fed, and it's about a dollar or so less per pound than the
Kerrygold.
Grass fed butter, such as
Kerrygold Irish butter, ghee, avocados and coconut oil are good for the brain and skin.
For example, if you like cheddar cheese, one of the best options that's also easy to find at most stores is
Kerrygold Irish... each type has been aged for different amounts of time, and all of their cheeses are from
grass - fed cows.
Serve warm, topped with chopped pecans,
grass - fed or pastured butter (
Kerrygold or Vital Farms) and more maple syrup, if desired.
