foods, I believe we all deserve a treat every now and then (especially when their persistent efforts to heal are slowly but surely proving to be helping).
In a
keto diet, you limit your carbohydrate consumption to 5 % of your total calories or less and increase the intake of protein to
around 25 - 30 % moderately while sourcing majority of fat
foods as the mains.
It'll be a lot easier to stick to your
keto diet if you don't have unhealthy
foods around to tempt you!

Keto WOE again, it is so much more satisfying and filling than any Carb filled
foods around.
