Serpstat calculates
keyword difficulty for each search query, shows «special elements» (which inform us on search intent) and social media domains ranking for each term, and offers advanced filters to dig deep into each keyword list.
Not exact matches
On the other hand, «business ideas with low investment» is on KWFinder's list of suggested
keywords, and it actually gets searched about 4,400 times a month with a
difficulty of 40, so that might be a better
keyword to go
for.
That's the
keyword difficulty score - or how hard it is to rank
for that
keyword organically.
While it isn't a lot of search volume, you can also see that
keyword difficulty scores (in the 50s) are low
for SEMrush, meaning over time I should be able to easily dominate them.
The most important thing
for me right now is finding good
keywords that has low
keyword difficulty so I can rank better
for new content.
If your DA is lower than that, you'll have to choose a lower cut - off point
for the
keyword difficulty score.
One of my longtime favorites is our
Keyword Difficulty Tool, which lets you quickly assess how challenging it might be to rank well
for a particular term / phrase.
It's easy to spot a release that has been created as nothing more than a vehicle
for keywords and more often than not, it will leave a poor impression of the brand concerned and possibly lead to
difficulties with Google.
I've also really liked the KOB (
keyword opposition to benefit ratio, kw
difficulty / benefit) analysis
for keywords, but I am interested to give your formula a test drive.
I haven't played around with it much myself, but I heard KWFinder might be worth looking at

The best case scenario is a
keyword with high search volume and a low
difficulty score, that way you have a better chance of ranking
for that
keyword faster.
