Kilz spray primer.

I just
sprayed a little
Kilz on the areas that were bad.
We just went through renovating a cigarette smoker cat
spray house (an inherited tenant) and after 3 full scrubbings with TSP, soaking slab and subfloors in vinegar several times over several weeks, then painting subfloors with
Kilz, duct cleaning, etc., it finally seems to be resolved.
I use the
spray can lacquer based
Kilz on knots, one or two quick coats, then prime the whole wall.
We
sprayed the cabinets with
Kilz primer.
She ended up using
Kilz Oil Based Stain Blocker in the
spray can.
After I had sanded it to death, I wiped it down with mineral spirits and then
sprayed it with
KILZ oil - based primer.

After a good cleaning with warm vinegar water, I
sprayed a coat of
Kilz primer, which I had tinted as dark as they could make it.
My question is: would it be ok the use
Kilz primer before
spray painting the counter top and for the finish touch what about a semi gloss polycrylic?
