• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20 fat ratio) • 2 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger • 1 teaspoon sesame oil • 1 teaspoon soy sauce • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • 4 brioche hamburger buns, toasted • Korean BBQ Sauce (recipe below) • Chili Garlic Mayo (recipe below) •
Kimchi Slaw (recipe below)
I will make
the kimchi slaw with my homemade kimchi for supper tonight with the leftovers.
Try
the kimchi slaw outlined in our Kimchi Chicken Burger recipe on top of the pulled pork, and if you can't get enough heat, have our Kimchi Potato Salad recipe on the side.
Serve it on potato buns with
kimchi slaw, pickles, and extra (addictive) KB sauce.
