Not exact matches
You don't have to buy the premium tier top of the line
device to read and folks have been bitching about them not innovating at all with
eInk Kindles lately.
However, after using readers based on
eInk, I strongly prefer to read on such a
device (be it a
kindle or sony reader) than to read on a backlighted LCD screen.
It will still be fine for reading — just not as good as dedicated reading
devices like the
eInk Kindles.
As with all
eInk technology there is still that kind of photo negative look when turning pages (but this only happens when it refreshes every 6 pages), it is less noticeable on this
device as the page turns are faster than on other eReaders including the new
Kindles.
You can adjust preview settings to review your book on both
eInk Kindles and Kindle Fire
devices.
