Kriya — Action toward Liberation This session offers an exploration of
kriya as a methodology used to create lasting transformation through: provoking somatic experience, releasing old attachments, strengthening the nervous system, shifting mental patterns and expanding awareness.
I choose to practice a Kirtan
Kriya as taught by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa, since it takes 12 minutes with a mantra and mudras that are simple.
I still look to live processes like the Isha
Kriya as a means to stay connected to Christ in an experiential way.

as kriyas, bandhas and pranayama to create a more holistic approach of learning this ancient practice.
